Job Description
Cardinal Point Solutions is looking for a few exceptional candidates to expand our existing consulting practice. If you are interested in traveling nationally and gaining experience across multiple industries and areas of business, then consulting is a great place to develop your career.
Within a team environment, analyst consultants will provide on-site services evaluating business processes and implementing financial and reporting automation systems. We will provide our analyst consultants with a thorough development program that will train them in the implementation of an industry leading enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. Successful candidates will gain business consulting and process improvement skills.
Primary Responsibilities:
Upon completing our development program, consultants will serve as functional and/or technical analysts on-site at our clients’ facilities designing and implementing solutions within Oracle, PeopleSoft, and industry leading Business Intelligence applications. You will be working with project teams and client business users to gather business requirements, perform system fit-gap sessions, configure financial systems, design analytic solutions, train users, lead testing cycles and rollout systems.
Additional responsibilities of our consultants include:
- Lead teams through full life-cycle system implementations
- Provide Best Practice solution knowledge to project team including business process recommendations
- Document specifications matching client requirements with delivered ERP or Business Intelligence system functionality
Position Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree
- Superior analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
- Desire to utilize technology in business solutions
- Basic accounting skills
- Understanding of business systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Apple equivalent
- Prior professional experience through internship or part-time job
