Title: Data Architect


Job Description

Successful candidates will serve as functional data architect consultants on-site at our clients’ facilities leading, analyzing and designing solutions on major Business Intelligence applications. Working with our Business Intelligence team, they will have responsibility for developing and maintaining conceptual and logical data models resulting in conceptual and logical data models that will be based on the application of data design principles and standards. Consultants will perform ETL and Business Intelligence fit-gap, assist configuring the Business Intelligence system, design analytic solutions, train users, lead testing cycles and rollout systems.

Primary Responsibilities:

Lead teams through full life cycle implementations, provide best practice solution knowledge to project team including business process and enterprise data model analysis and recommendations, document logical data models and specifications matching client analytic requirements, understand and organize documentation of Metadata. Travel is required.

Position Requirements:

  • 2 to 8 years of Data Architecture/ Data Modeling project lifecycle experience.
  • 2 to 8 years of Project Management associated with Business Intelligence or Data Warehouse system implementation methodology
  • Experience with Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition, OBIEE
  • Experience with Oracle Business Intelligence Applications
  • Superior analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Must understand Business Intelligence specific business processes as they apply to implementations
  • Prior consulting firm experience desired
  • B.A. / B.S. or equivalent

Pay rate: $100 - $180k
